Well it's a bit early for Teacher's Xmas gifts but Samantha had two student teachers so I thought it only right that I made them a gift for the fantastic effort they have put in over the last few weeks with the class. I have used Designer Series Paper, Top Note Die and Beautiful Wings Embosslit Die. The photos are a bit dark but I hope you can see them well enough.

Invites at Last
Sorry for the delay in posting these, have been really busy and it's not even Christmas yet. I spent a week in Christchurch (NZ) moving my mother out of a house in the Red Zone after the year of Earthquakes, then straight back into the school term with school swimming, sick kids and hubby away!! Yeah. Well here are the finished photos and soon I hope to start posting Christmas items :)

Wow, what a game. Certainly a nail biter at the finish!
I have been busy making some birthday invites for a friends daughter, hopefully I get them finished today so I can post photos :)

Samantha's Party Invites
Here is a photo of one of Samantha's birthday invites! These were made while I was waiting for my Stampin Up starter kit to arrive so I have used cardstock and paper from Spotlight. I have now been asked to make some birthday invites for a friends 4 year old so time to break out the new supplies! I can't wait!!!
Samantha's 9th Birthday Party
Well yesterday was my daughters 9th Birthday Party and we had a fantastic time cardmaking thanks to my wonderful upline Karen Lister (http://moggymarx.wordpress.com/), the sad thing is that because we were so busy and having such a great time I forgot to take photos. Anyway the girls each made three cup cake themed cards with a bag to carry them home in. The biggest surprise for Samantha was that Karen had made her a "cake" which doubled as treat bags, each piece contained a stamp and ink pad to further encourage the girls love of craft. The great thing is that at least three girls want these sort of parties for their next birthdays.
Well now that the kids are on school holidays things will be a bit quieter so here's hoping I get a few more posts in with photos :)

First Post
Hi All
This is my first post on my new blog. Last week I signed up as a Stampin Up Demonstrator with the fantastic deal that is on for September with 20% off the Start Up Kit. I can't wait to get my kit and start creating but in the meantime I have some birthday invitations to make for my daughters party which is a Stampin Up Party using the fantastic Cupcake Punch and Stamp Set. Will post photos soon
Have a great Sunday and for those of you in NZ I hope you are coping with the one hours less sleep thanks for Daylight Saving!
